Orders and questions

When you request a custom order, we use your name, email, preferred date, and message to discuss your request. Please do not send card details or other sensitive information through the form.

Payments

Stripe handles online payments on its secure checkout page. The bakery receives order details and the contact information you provide so it can arrange fulfillment. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Email

Resend delivers order notifications and custom-order requests. A custom-order inquiry is sent to the bakery; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The bakery uses your contact details to reply and arrange your order.

Your browser

The website stores your bakery box and a pending-checkout reference in your browser so you can return to them. You can clear this information through your browser settings. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

For questions about your details, corrections, or deletion requests, contact jazmynejoshua@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping.
